Reg Court - General
Manager
Mr. Court commenced his career in 1972 with a 4 year trainee-ship in
geodesy, photogrammetry and cartography. He later worked as a technical
officer engaged in surveying and exploration data acquisition in
Western Arnhem Land.
He established Surtec Geosurveys Pty Ltd in 1977 and operated the
Company until 1999 during which time he developed a comprehensive
background in the development, operation and management of large
exploration data acquisition surveys, data processing and computer
mapping operations and research & development projects. Surtec
clients included most major National & Multi-National Mining
Companies operating in Australia. Surtec operated throughout Australia,
the Pacific Rim and North America.
Reg played a leading role in the integration of computer technology
with field exploration and, more recently, GPS surveying technology
with geophysical applications. While running Surtec, he successfully
managed some five hundred projects ranging from simple surveys to
complex projects employing 50 professional and technical staff in the
acquisition and presentation of complex multi-variate data.
Following 18 months of developmental work, he jointly established IMT
in September, 1999 with the aim of providing specialised surveying,
remote sensing, soil chemistry, soil mineralogy and geophysical
surveying services to the Agricultural Sector.

Charles McDonald - Director
Mar McDonald is a primary producer operating 3 large broadacre farming
properties in NSW and QLD and a large contract harvesting business (in
partnership) operating from Central Queensland to Victoria. He is
widely respected for his commitment to applied technology in
agriculture and sustainable farming.
Charles is actively involved in the management of a number of
agribusiness's, agripolitical organisations and innovative rural
technology companies.

Hard & Soft Wheat Association 1976 to 1984 (founding partner of
Graincorp).

Charles has specialised
in finance and management structures and is a member of the
finance/management committees of Graingrowers, Trizone, Capgrains and
Agforce.

Richard Duggan - Operations
Manager (BA)
Mar
Duggan started his career in 1978 with the Soil Conservation Service of
Western Australia in the Kimberley and Ord River Areas. He joined
Surtec as a field hand in the Northern Territory during 1979 and
remained with the Company until 1999 when he left to join IMT. During
his time with Surtec he rose to the position of Operations Manager.
He received extensive training with Surtec in survey, geophysics,
geochemistry, specialised GPS surveying (as that technology emerged),
computer operations and logistics management for large and complex
field operations in remote areas. Rick has been responsible for surveys
throughout Australia and in North America. One of his major
achievements was successfully conducting the 4 largest GPS surveys
undertaken anywhere in the World.

Evan Bollard (BSurv) (GPS
Expert and System Architect)
Mr. Bollard is one of Australia's top operational GPS
experts. He has over 18 years experience in the sale and support of
surveying instrumentation and software and for the past 11 years has
concentrated on GPS for surveying and machine control applications. He
holds a B Surv Degree from the University of Newcastle and is a
Microsoft Certified Professional TM in Windows TM.
Evan has developed GPS Advantage GPS software and the MGS machinery
guidance and machinery control systems. He has an excellent knowledge
of all GPS systems, software and support. Evan has worked closely with
Reg Court for over 10 years.

Stewart Cannon BA(Geog)
Mr. Cannon is widely recognised for the leading role he has played, and
continues to play, in the development and implementation of Control
Traffic Farming (CTF) in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and
South Australia. Over 10% of the broadacre grain producing areas of
Australia have implemented this approach to Precision farming over the
last 7 years.
Stewart worked for the Queensland Department of Primary Industries
(DPI) and the Queensland Department of Natural Resources (DNR) for 33
years as a Soil Conservationist in the field of Natural Resource
Management.
Stewart left the DNR in April 2000 to set up Rural Property Design
after working closely with Reg Court and Charles McDonald in trialling
many of IMT's processes and technologies
